The Opportunity:
Start your apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering as a Fitter Machinist with a leading Australian produce equipment manufacturer. You'll learn in demand skills as you create parts for equipment that supplies both the domestic and overseas markets. This is a perfect opportunity for someone that loves robotics, technology and working with metal.
Location: Mooroopna, VIC
Duration: 4 year fully paid apprenticeship with PPE provided and post apprenticeship opportunities

About the role:
- Learn to use manual lathes and CNC machines to produce a range of parts and components out of metal
- Basic fitting and maintenance of equipment
- Learn to use a range of hand and power tools
- Learn how to examine and understand detailed drawings and specifications.
- Must be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident with the right to work in Australia
- Minimum completion of Year 10 High School
- Love technology, robotics and metalwork
- Good attention to detail and math skills
