The Opportunity:
Exciting opportunity to start your light fabrication apprenticeship with a local market leading safety equipment manufacturer. You will learn various welding techniques, how to fabricate a range of stainless steel products and be mentored by experienced tradespeople.
Location: Lavington NSW
Duration: 4 Year Fully Paid Apprenticeship
Hours of Work: 7:30am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday with monthly RDOs

- The ability to earn money while learning a trade
- Obtain a Nationally recognised qualification
- Mentoring from experienced industry professionals
- All training fees paid and PPE for
- Fabricating a range of safety equipment including showers, basins and storage lockers.
- Examining and understanding detailed drawings and specifications to determine the requirements for the task
- Cutting, rolling, shaping, heating, or hammering metal products to produce parts.
- Using various techniques which include welding, bolting, and riveting to align, assemble, and fix pieces together to create a range of safety equipment
- Adding finishing touches to products in the form of cleaning, polishing, filing, and adding protective or decorative finishes.
- Must be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident with the right to work in Australia
- Completion of Year 10 High School
- Drivers Licence and reliable transport
- Love working with metal
