The Opportunity:
Start your mechanical engineering apprenticeship with a global leader in the design and manufacture of glass bottles and aluminum cans. You'll learn to maintain and repair the facility's production machinary.
You'll receive training from a safety focused and supportive team while learning an in demand trade.
Location: Rocklea QLD
Hours of work: 6am - 2:36pm

About the role:
- Learn the use of a variety of hand and power tools
- Develop knowledge and skills on the use of lathes, mills, grinders and various welding equipment and techniques.
- Assist with preventative and breakdown maintenance of the facility
- Must be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident with the right to work in Australia
- Minimum completion of Year 11 High School
- Drivers license and reliable transport
- Have completed a Certificate II in Engineering or experience working with metal
- Learn an in demand trade
- Gain a nationally recognised Certificate III in Mechanical Engineering qualification
- Mentoring from experienced industry professionals throughout your apprenticeship
- All training fees and PPE paid for
