Empowering Women in Trades: Apprentice to Leader Program
Congratulations to the twelve outstanding female electrical and engineering apprentices who recently completed a transformative two-day leadership workshop as part of Ai Group Apprentice & Trainee Centre’s (ATC) Apprentice to Leader Program. Held in Wodonga, this engaging event is part of Ai Group ATC’s commitment to promoting diversity in trades and nurturing future leaders in the Manufacturing and Energy sectors.
The workshop featured hands-on activities and interactive sessions designed to enhance leadership and management skills. Participants explored topics such as building confidence, strengthening decision-making abilities, and mastering effective communication strategies. These critical skills provide a foundation for stepping into leadership roles early in their careers.
By delivering leadership training tailored for women in trades, Ai Group ATC is helping to break barriers, create a more inclusive industry, and empower women to drive innovation and growth in their fields.
