Empowering Female Apprentices: Ai Group ATC and Louise Azzopardi Unite
At Ai Group Apprentice and Trainee Centre (ATC), we are committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all apprentices. This commitment is reflected in our partnership with Louise Azzopardi, a trailblazer in promoting and supporting women in non-traditional trades.
Motivated by this realisation, Louise transitioned into coaching and workshops to equip women with the tools and confidence they need to thrive in their trade’s careers. Her initiatives, including the popular Facebook group “Tradeswomen Owning Their Power” tradeswomen owning their power and the podcast “Anxious Tradeswoman,” Anxious Tradeswoman offer invaluable resources and a supportive community for tradeswomen.
In line with our mission to support and empower female apprentices, Ai Group ATC is proud to collaborate with Louise. Through this partnership, our female apprentices are able gain access to her extensive experience and specialised coaching, helping them navigate the unique challenges of their chosen fields.
Additionally, Louise’s involvement extends to local initiatives such as the “Us in Trades” group, which meets monthly at Leichhardt Bowls Club in Sydney. This group offers a platform for tradespeople to connect and share experiences, facilitated via WhatsApp (join here: WhatsApp Link).
By integrating Louise Azzopardi’s expertise into our apprenticeship programs, Ai Group ATC reaffirms its commitment to not only nurturing skilled professionals but also ensuring that our female apprentices have the support they need to excel in their trade’s careers. Together, we are building a stronger, more inclusive future for the industry. If you would like to find out more about Louise, and her services please head to https://louiseazzopardi.com/
