Celebrating Success: Callum and Matthew Complete Accelerated IT Traineeships

We are delighted to announce the successful completion of their traineeships by Callum Hopkins and Matthew Jercinovic at Carsales in Melbourne. Their journey through this comprehensive program, delivered in partnership with Ai Group Apprentice and Trainee Centre, Kangan Institute, and Carsales, has culminated in earning their Diploma of Information Technology with a specialisation in ‘Software programming’.

The traineeship provided a unique blend of hands-on work experience and flexible learning. Kangan Institute’s adaptable learning model allowed Callum and Matthew to gain valuable skills directly relevant to their roles at Carsales, ensuring they could apply their knowledge in a real-world setting.

Matthew highlighted a particularly rewarding aspect of his experience: seeing his family and friends use the Carsales website he contributed to. This practical exposure was a significant highlight for him.

Both Callum and Matthew are enthusiastic about continuing their careers in IT, with Matthew planning to further his studies in Cyber Security. Their achievements reflect the effectiveness of this well-rounded program, which has prepared them to advance confidently in their field.
