# The Tea

I wasn’t keen on going to university however I was keen to continue learning when I left school. I didn’t realise that I could do a traineeship at my current employer, as I was only working part time to gain some extra income. However, once I started, I realised it’s not just about learning how to stock shelves or operate a cash register; it's about understanding customer needs, honing communication skills, and gaining confidence in a fast-paced environment. This traineeship has taught me invaluable lessons in teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability – skills that are not only applicable to retail but to any future career path. It's more than just a job; it's a stepping stone towards personal and professional growth.
