Congratulations to Ryder Fiegert – Ai Group ATC’s Apprentice of the Month for November!
We are thrilled to announce Ryder Fiegert as our Apprentice of the Month for November 2024! Ryder, a 2nd-year electrical apprentice hosted by T&D Underground Power Services in Adelaide, has demonstrated an outstanding level of dedication, skill, and resilience that has impressed his entire team. Whether rain, hail, or shine, Ryder’s commitment to high-quality work has quickly set him apart. (You can see the day of presenting Ryder with his certificate – there was plenty of rain!).
Ryder’s supervisor, Wayne, has been loud in his praise, stating that Ryder “has set the bar high for future apprentices.” Wayne describes Ryder as an exceptional young man who has demonstrated a strong work ethic and produces work of the highest quality. Recently progressing to his second year, Ryder has already surpassed the team’s expectations by a long way—impressively producing work that rivals even 4th-year apprentices. “In all my time in the industry, I’ve never had an apprentice of Ryder’s ability,” Wayne remarked, highlighting Ryder’s skills as exceptional for his age and experience.
Ryder’s apprenticeship journey began as a school-based apprentice at just 17. While balancing his training, he also successfully completed his South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE), demonstrating his determination early on. Now, at only 19, Ryder is leading by example, representing the future of the trade with professionalism and pride.
