Apprentice of the Month – January 2025
We are thrilled to announce Megan McAloney as our Apprentice of the Month for January 2025!
Megan’s dedication, technical skill, and growth have made her a standout apprentice, earning well-deserved recognition for her exceptional achievements.
Throughout her apprenticeship with our host JCV Tooling, Megan has demonstrated a remarkable commitment to her training, excelling particularly in CNC programming. Completing advanced units of competency in CNC at TAFE as well as taking on complex projects at JCV, Megan has truly found her niche in this field. Her precision and attention to detail are unmatched, with many of her programs running flawlessly on the first attempt.
Megan has shown great maturity throughout her apprenticeship journey, quietly taking on feedback with a positive and powerful attitude. She consistently applies suggestions to further her growth, transforming into a highly competent tradeswoman without reserve. Sonya Lee, Megan’s Employment & Training Consultant, praised Megan’s refreshing honesty when reflecting on her strengths and areas for improvement. “She is unassuming with her impressive skills, and her ability to openly share knowledge and guide others is a testament to Megan’s growing leadership abilities,” Sonya shared.
This recognition also highlights the supportive environment provided by JCV Tooling. The mentorship and guidance from her supervisors and colleagues have played a critical role in Megan’s success, fostering her passion and skills in CNC programming.
