Congratulations to Josiah Lanthois – Ai Group ATC’s Apprentice of the Month for December!
Ai Group Apprentice and Trainee Centre is delighted to recognise Josiah Lanthois as our Apprentice of the Month for December 2024. Josiah is a 4th-year electrical apprentice hosted to Mayfield Industries, where he has consistently demonstrated exceptional skill, a strong work ethic, and a proactive attitude. His achievements in his trade are commendable, but it is his commitment to making a difference in his community that we feel truly sets him apart.
Josiah goes above and beyond by dedicating his personal time and accumulated leave to leading youth camps for children impacted by domestic violence and those in government care. Through these camps and his work with CYC – Christian Youth Camps, Josiah provides mentorship, support, and positive life experiences for vulnerable children, helping them feel valued and empowered. Additionally, Josiah plays a pivotal role in organising school holiday programs through his church, focusing on nurturing and caring for children in need.
His dedication to these initiatives highlights Josiah’s compassion and sense of responsibility to his community, showcasing a level of leadership and selflessness that is truly inspiring.
In his professional life, Josiah continues to excel as an electrical apprentice. His host company, Mayfield Industries, values his conscientious approach, reliability, and outstanding contributions to their team. As Josiah approaches the completion of his apprenticeship, he has proven himself to be a remarkable asset to the company and a role model for other apprentices.
We are incredibly proud to celebrate Josiah’s achievements both in his trade and his community. His ability to balance professional excellence with meaningful community involvement sets a standard of excellence for others to aspire to.
