Apprentice Employment Service

Ai Group ATC employs the apprentice and hosts them to your organisation. We manage all recruitment, administration, and compliance, allowing you to focus on leveraging the apprentice’s skills without the logistical burden. We handle: 

• recruitment, advertising, medicals and pre-employment processes 

• all apprenticeship paperwork including liaising with TAFE and government agencies 

• payroll, superannuation and workers’ compensation 

• supply of work clothes, PPE and management of TAFE fees 

• mentoring and support for the apprentice throughout the program 

• regular safety inspections and WHS management 

An added benefit of this model is the ability to rotate apprentices across various work environments, giving them exposure to a wider range of industry skills while enhancing their learning experience. Or, if you become unable to host the apprentice or trainee, you can have us move the apprentice to another host organisation.  

Apprentice Management Service

If your business employs apprentices or trainees directly, Ai Group ATC provides specialised support to help you manage and optimise your apprenticeship program. For a customised fee, based on the level of support required, we offer expert guidance and services, including: 

• inductions, training contracts and training plans 

• on-the-job mentoring and guidance at the training provider 

• WHS advice that can be tailored for young workers 

• recruitment, aptitude testing and pre-employment assessments 

• supervisor training and support for apprentice development 

• ongoing EAP and WHS advice 

You maintain control over the apprentice’s employment and benefit from our experience in managing apprenticeships.
