About the role:
Our Host Employer is a leading pump manufacturer, supporting Australian mining, water and wastewater services. With over 80 years’ local industry knowledge, a vast network of distributors, three sales offices and two distribution/service centres, our Employer are offering room to grow in the organisation and are now seeking a Trainee to join their administration team. This is a great Employer with a recently renovated office space and a great company culture. This position will be varied and interesting offering experience in many different areas, including compliance, WHS and sales.
Your duties may include:
  • Answering phone calls and directing enquiries
  • Assisting with travel and accommodation needs
  • Fleet Management
  • Processing of financial invoices and expenses
  • Collection, handling, and distribution of national internal / external incoming mail
  • Process improvement including systems, procedures, and task improvements
This role is located in Bundamba, working Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm

About you:
  • Must be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident with the right to work in Australia
  • Minimum completion of Year 10 High School
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
