The Opportunity:Continue your Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeship with an industry leading, Australian based company that specialises in manufacturing premium equipment and machinery that support Australia's road systems.
You'll receive training from a safety focused and supportive workshop while you fit and assemble the necessary components in the manufacture of bitumen sprayers, dog trailers, melting tanks and spreader boxes.
Location: Altona VIC
Hours of work: 7am - 3:30pm
About the role: - Learn to operate advanced machinery such as lathes and mills as you turn, mill, drill and complete components within specified dimensions and finish
- Cut, thread, bend and install hydraulic and pneumatic pipes and lines.
- Carry out maintenance and manufacture components that are used in bitumen handling equipment
About You: - Must be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident with the right to work in Australia
- Minimum completion of Year 11 High School
- Drivers license and reliable transport
- Are a current 2nd or 3rd year mechanical engineering apprentice
