The Opportunity:
Start your apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering as a Machinist with Australia's leading gear manufacturer. You'll learn in demand skills as you create parts by turning, milling, gear cutting, grinding and measuring with industry leading quality and precision
This is a perfect opportunity for someone that loves robotics, technology and working with metal.
Location: Highett, VIC
Duration: 4 year fully paid apprenticeship with PPE provided and post apprenticeship opportunities

About the role:
- Learn to use lathes, milling and CNC machines to produce a range of metal parts
- Learn to use a range of hand and power tools
- Learn how to examine and understand detailed drawings and specifications.
- Receive support from a safety focused and friendly team
- Must be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident with the right to work in Australia
- Minimum completion of Year 10 High School
- Love technology, robotics and metalwork
- Good attention to detail and math skills
