Celebrating Chantelle’s Success

How the Apprentice Employment Model supports apprentice growth and achievement!

We’re delighted to congratulate Chantelle on completing her apprenticeship with us! Since beginning her journey in early 2021, Chantelle has shown exceptional dedication to her trade. She initially trained with a previous host, and while her experience there was valuable, we identified an opportunity to better support her skills and career goals by rotating her to our other host – Hardman Bros. This move, facilitated by our apprenticeship employment service, enabled Chantelle to gain hands-on experience with machining, gear cutting, and CNC work in an environment where she could truly thrive.

One of the key strengths of our program is the ability to match apprentices with workplaces that align with their skills and aspirations. This flexibility not only increases completion rates but also ensures a supportive and empowering work environment—particularly for female apprentices like Chantelle, who benefit from a setting that recognises and fosters their potential. At Hardman Bros., Chantelle quickly gained confidence and skill in operating CNC machines, showing impressive efficiency and commitment to her craft.

Alongside her work, Chantelle has been completing a Certificate IV in Engineering at Chisholm TAFE in Dandenong (VIC), attending classes in the evenings to further her expertise. Her enthusiasm for learning and drive to expand her skills are truly inspiring, and she’s become a valued member of the Hardman Bros. team.

We’re incredibly proud of Chantelle’s achievements and excited to see her continue to make her mark in the engineering field. We thank Hardman Bros for their support. Congratulations, Chantelle, on completing your apprenticeship and all the best for your future career.
