Ai Group Apprentice & Trainee Centre have a rare vacancy for an Apprentice - Mobile Plant Technology Mechanic with our host company in the Rutherford area.
Our host employer, Aggreko is the global leader in generator and temperature control hire with locations throughout the world. A major player in the global power market with local operations spanning across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific, Aggreko is seeking a Heavy Diesel Mechanic Apprentice who will assist the team to undertake maintenance and repairs of equipment at their Rutherford Depot.
Position Details:
Location: Rutherford NSW 2320
Duration: 4 Year Apprenticeship
Hours of Work: 7:00am-4:30pm Monday to Friday

Mandatory requirements:
- Must be an Australian Citizen or hold the right to work in Australia
- Must be fully vaccinated
About the role:
- Work on breakdowns, repairs, and servicing of primarily power generation products
- Troubleshooting, diagnostics, and maintenance of diesel and gas engines
- Working with a high focus on safety
Desirable Requirements:
- Minimum Year 11 Schooling
- Commitment to a 4 year apprenticeship
- A serious approach to workplace safety
