This hospitality traineeship has been a great step for me. I was able to start whilst I was still in school, and when I finished my studies, I stepped in to my traineeship full time. From learning culinary techniques to mastering service excellence, each day brings something new and exciting. I thrive on working closely with people, and seeing the joy on guests' faces as they enjoy their experience is truly rewarding. I’m pretty excited at the range of opportunities I have now. I’m keen to travel and this will be the best qualification to allow me to work anywhere in the world!
